A. Yes, please click on the custom quotes page and fill in the specifications for your custom project and we will e-mail you your price.

Q. What type of storage media do you accept?

A. The most efficient way to receive your files is for you to upload the files to our FTP site for immediate retrieval. We also accept your files on CD, and Zip disk.

Q. How can you offer such low prices?

A. Most printing companies run individual jobs on one sheet. We will utilize the maximum square inches on the sheet by nesting jobs together dispersing the fixed cost of a job between several projects and then we pass the savings on to you.

Q. What if I don?t want my job ran with any other jobs?

A. No problem! I will refer you to the custom quotes page and give you a price option as an individual run.

Q. Can I do a split run quantity and use two designs?

A. No. The quantity that is chosen cannot be split into two different designs.

Q. Will I get a proof?

A. You will receive a digital proof free of charge within 24 hours from time of order placement. This proof is provided for page layout and grammatical review only. We cannot match the color on the digital proof due to different calibrations on each individual monitor and printer. A hard copy proof is available for an additional charge. All hard copy proofs must be signed and returned in order for us to match what you approved.

  Q. How can I pay for my order?

A. In order for us to process your order promptly all orders must be paid upfront via credit card.

The highest quality and most appealing print publications are printed in full color using the 4-color (CMYK or Cyan-Magenta-Yellow-Black) offset printing process. In contrast, computer monitors use a different color model called RGB (Red-Blue-Green). The result is often a difference between what we see on the screen and what we see in a printed piece.
